Other web sites claim to be factory direct. A very few are but most are resellers who, because of basic economics, add a substantial mark-up to their chairs. We aren't interested in playing the resellers games any more. To simplify your purchase we have eliminated all handling and shipping charges, giving you the actual price delivered to your door. Most of our chairs are shipped disassembled allowing us to ship UPS. Assembly takes only a few minutes and requires no tools.
